What are the responsibilities and job description for the BUSSER position at Broadway Oyster Bar?
Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Refilling water glasses and restocking supplies as needed
- Assisting in food preparation and plating when necessary
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Experience in catering, hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry is a plus
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and food service
As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.
