Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of multi-site LED retrofit projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and interpret CAD drawings and photometric layouts to guide project design and implementation.
• Ensure all projects meet local and national electrical code requirements.
• Navigate and secure utility rebates, incentive programs, and recycling compliance.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pole lights, exterior lighting, and interior LED systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align schedules and resources.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve project challenges and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting progress and results to leadership.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing electrical or lighting projects, preferably in multi-site or retail environments.
• Proficiency with CAD and photometric software (e.g., AGi32, Visual Lighting).
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
