Job Summary
Broadway Jewelry & Rare Coins is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
- Engage with customers and support them throughout the sales process
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
- Create, manage, and update online product listings
- Use computers and standard office tools for daily operations
- Assist with pricing, transactions, and basic math calculations
- Handle merchandise with care and maintain strong attention to detail
- Support light cleaning and general organization of the store and office
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with basic math and numbers
- Proficient and confident using computers
- Proffesional appearance and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Experience in jewelry, coins, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate
Hiring Process
