Broadway In Chicago is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Press Assistant to assist with day-to-day marketing and press needs, including assisting on press appearances, promotional outreach, compiling press reports, and day-to-day needs of the Marketing & PR Department.

Job Requirements
- Self-starter who feels comfortable taking initiative while working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and Google Suite preferred.
- Superior attention to details to meet brand guidelines and marketing and PR dept standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable with outreach and communication with partners and press contacts via e-mail or phone.
- Additional marketing-related tasks will be assigned periodically
- Nights and weekends are occasionally requested
