As a Bistro Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within our dining environment. This position includes a variety of responsibilities, such as kitchen support, food preparation, and serving customers, and bartending all while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will collaborate closely with front desk personnel to provide high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook food to standards.
- Serving & Bartending: Take orders, serve food and beverages.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean kitchen and service area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff for smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Stock and manage supplies.
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, enhancing their experience.
- Compliance: Follow all safety and company guidelines.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, techniques and safety standards preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
