What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Broadway Grille & Pub?
We are looking for a reliable, quick, self-motivated, detail oriented and friendly individual to join our team! Busy bar and restaurant in downtown Jim Thorpe is looking for a bar back to assist our bartenders with service bar, stocking, bussing, and overall bar upkeep. This individual will be interactive and friendly with guests, have a knowledge of cocktails and craft beer, and learn our signature drinks. Experience in the service industry is a must.
This position is paid an hourly rate, but also tipped by bartenders and servers. We would eventually love the ideal candidate to transition into bartending part time.
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
