What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook/Line Cook position at Broadway Grill & Tavern?
Grill cook is responsible for preparing food that is delicious and cooked to the specifications of the customer.
Ensure ingredients and final product is fresh
Strong knife skills
Knowledge of food handling
Ability to work at fast pace
Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Grill meats to specifications of customers, knowing your temps when cooking
Maintain a safe and clean work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Maintain food safety and sanitations standards
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
