Broadway Graham Wealth Partners is a Springfield-based wealth management practice growing its team this summer. This isn’t a coffee-and-copies internship — you’ll do real work, sit at the table, and leave with a portfolio of accomplishments worth talking about.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Advisor support: research, client prep, scheduling, and meeting preparation
• Compliance-friendly marketing drafts and prospect communication
• Prospect list development and business development outreach across Central Illinois
• Weekly 1:1 mentorship and exposure to financial planning concepts — retirement, tax, estate, and investments
• Community engagement: Chamber of Commerce events and firm-sponsored volunteer activities
• Capstone project: design and present a business development strategy or self-proposed initiative to firm leadership
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear and organized
• Intellectually curious, takes initiative, and follows through
• Interest in financial planning, wealth management, or client-facing professional services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with research tools/ AI
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
