Overview
We are seeking a crew leader experienced in industrial construction. The ideal candidate will possess skills in CSA work, IMP, Concrete, and extensive construction site experience and proficiency with industry-standard construction. This role involves being able to drive, willing to work out of town, and supervising a crew of 5 to 7 guys, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules to deliver high-quality results efficiently. The Crew Leader will play a critical role in managing resources, adhering to budgets, and ensuring all work aligns with technical schematics and blueprints. Pay rate based on experience. Paid weekly, per diem for out-of-town work, and double time on Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 5 to 7 guys on industrial sites, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for compliance with blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Collaborate with project managers on contract administration, change orders, and ensuring adherence to project scope.
- Train and mentor team members on construction techniques, safety procedures, and the use of specialized equipment such as construction estimating tools and management software.
Experience
- Supervising experience leading a crew of 5 to 7 guys on large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including safety regulations (OSHA), quality control, and project scheduling.
- Background in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within the industrial sector to ensure successful project delivery.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
