We are currently seeking a team-oriented, motivated individual for a seasonal, full-time Maintenance Technician position supporting the following communities:
- Broadway Apartments
- Lake Broadway Townhomes
- Stadium Apartments
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will assist with property upkeep, unit turnovers, and general maintenance tasks to ensure our communities remain in excellent condition. This role requires reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting
- Assist with apartment turnovers and unit preparation
- Support general maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and overall property appearance
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in painting and general maintenance required
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong work history with verifiable references
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
- Duration: 4–6 months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Location: In-person (multiple property locations)
Experience & Education
- Required: 1 year of painting and cleaning experience
- Preferred: Additional maintenance experience
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
