Role Description
This position is for a single studio date, 8 hours, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Studio/Control Room Operator.
Depending on outcomes more work will be available.
As our operator, you will oversee the technical aspects of video production, including managing live broadcasts and recorded segments. Responsibilities include operating production equipment such as cameras, audio mixers, lighting systems, and switchboards.
The operator will ensure the recorded episodes are at the highest technical level levels including focus, color, framaing, etc placement.
Collaboration with the production team to ensure quality content delivery is also essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating a rented television production studio and control room equipment, including cameras, audio mixers, lighting systems, and video switchboards.
- Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to address on-the-spot issues during recording.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a fast-paced production team.
