JOB DESCRIPTIONBroadway Brewery is looking for a front-of-house manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft beer and farm-to-table dining as well as a genuine ability to connect with both staff and customers. The person filling this role will be required to work 40 hours managing the front of the house.The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in a full service restaurant with at least one year bartending and some supervisory experience.Responsibilities Supervise day to day activities in the front of houseLead service on the floor Expediting during busy service Administration tasks related to front of house Training new staffCover bar shifts/management shiftsBe proficient bartending in high volumeRequirements At least 1 year of full service restaurant bartending experience Flexible schedule and willingness to cover shifts as needed Weekend availability Comfortable in fast paced environment Ability to multi-task and stay organized Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits Health, vision, and dental availableEmployee discount’s Free beer!
