Duties
- Prepare fiberglass materials, including cutting, mixing resins, and applying gel coats according to specifications
- Spray gel coat
- Use hand tools and precision measurement instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Fabricate molds and layup fiberglass sheets or cloths with attention to detail for optimal strength and finish
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the lamination process, verifying measurements and surface integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and handling materials properly

- Experience is not required but is a plus
- Ability to perform precision measurements using a tape measure, micrometers, and other measurement tools for quality control
- Hands-on experience with materials handling, fabrication, and assembly in a manufacturing setting
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to industrial equipment operation and materials handling
- Warehouse experience is a plus; familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is beneficial
- Prior lamination experience is a plus
- Infusion experience is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
