About the Role

The Account Executive, Medicare is responsible for driving Medicare sales growth while delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the policy lifecycle. This role manages and grows an assigned book of business through new sales, referrals, retention efforts, and ongoing client service while maintaining compliance with CMS and carrier requirements.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow an assigned Medicare book of business through sales, retention, and relationship management
  • Guide clients through plan selection, enrollment, renewals, and ongoing service needs
  • Generate new business through referrals, outreach, cross-sell opportunities, and pipeline activity
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, cost comparisons, and enrollment documentation
  • Deliver consultative support on coverage options, provider networks, prescriptions, and eligibility requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with CMS, carrier, and agency guidelines
  • Partner internally and with carrier representatives to resolve issues and support client outcomes
  • Stay informed on Medicare regulations, carrier updates, and market trends


What You Bring

  • 2 years of Medicare sales experience preferred
  • Active Life & Health license (or ability to obtain as required)
  • CMS registration and annual Medicare certifications in good standing
  • Strong consultative selling, client service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, agency management systems, and evolving technologies including AI tools


Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base salary range: $46,800–$85,500, based on experience, location, skills, certifications, and education.
