Job Description:
Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults in our community based program in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Schedule & Location: Full-time, Day Shift, M-F, 8AM-5PM (with flexibility), based in Jacksonville, NC serving clients in Onslow, Craven, Carteret, and Pender Counties.
Job Type:
(Community Based/Onsite) This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Job Duties:
- Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adult clients
- Providing physical and psychological assessments
- Engaging in medication management
- Offering education and resources
- Providing individual mental and physical health education
- Assisting with crisis intervention
Required Education/Experience:
- LPN Nursing Degree from Accredited School
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with experience working with the population served.
- Experience working in a program based in Assertive Community Treatment is highly desired.
- Strong Documentation Skills
- Ability to Analyze Detailed Information
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
