What the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will be required to do:
- Supervise individuals during daily activities to ensure safety of individuals, staff, and property
- Document daily notes such as behaviors, activities and incidents
- Plan and participate in activities to promote therapeutic relationships
- Provide therapeutic assistance in de-escalation
- Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
Working Conditions:
Working environment is in a group home consisting of 4 individuals in a residential home. Currently hiring for weekend night shifts.
