About the Role
Broadstaff Inc is seeking an experienced Category Manager to oversee sourcing and supplier management for Tower Operations, including general construction, vegetation management, lighting, and safety climb services and materials. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, quality, and operational efficiency while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ~$65M annual spend across Tower Operations categories.
Lead sourcing initiatives, RFX events, and bid analysis using platforms like Coupa.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify risks, ensure compliance, and implement strategies to maintain business continuity.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing or Tower Design, Construction, or Operations.
Proficiency in JDE and Coupa or similar spend management tools.
Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
