Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Claims Examiner specializing in Workers Compensation in California. The primary responsibilities include managing and resolving workers' compensation claims, conducting thorough investigations, making informed decisions on liability, and ensuring timely claim handling in compliance with legal and company standards. Additional duties may include collaborating with clients, ensuring efficient claims management processes, and maintaining accurate documentation to support reporting and claim outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Claims Handling, Claims Resolution, and Claims Management.
• Experience in Insurance and working knowledge of its principles and processes.
• Strong skills in Claim Investigation, including evaluation, analysis, and documentation.
• Familiarity with California Workers Compensation and related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively in a remote work environment.
• Professional certification in claims handling or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field are highly beneficial.
