Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Claims Handling, Claims Resolution, and Claims Management.
- Experience in Insurance and working knowledge of its principles and processes.
- Strong skills in Claim Investigation, including evaluation, analysis, and documentation.
- Familiarity with California Workers Compensation and related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively in a remote work environment.
- Professional certification in claims handling or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field are highly beneficial.
