Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Breast Scheduler to coordinate imaging appointments for referring physicians and patients. This role requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth scheduling process and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phone system courteously and professionally, routing calls as needed

• Schedule imaging appointments across multiple clinical sites, ensuring appropriateness of exams based on ordered diagnosis and established protocols

• Accurately enter patient demographics and insurance information into the RIS system

• Assist patients with scheduling, answer inquiries, and provide a welcoming first impression

• Resolve conflicting or missing orders by coordinating with referring physicians, supervisors, or lead technicians

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a medical office setting

• Knowledge of radiologic procedures and medical terminology is desirable

• Strong computer and customer service skills
