Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met.
- Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI.
- Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites.
- 1 years experience with trade settlement and reconciliation in the securities lending space preferred.
- Knowledge of Loanet / Global One / DTC / BPS / preferred
- Knowledge with the recall and buy-in process, preferred
- Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
