Job Description

Working for our Operations Executives, you will be responsible for helping us manage the design and implementation of technical solutions aimed at addressing functions such as employee- and labor-relations, safety management, workers’ compensation, background investigation, reasonable accommodation, alternate dispute resolution, performance management, and onboarding.  

Responsibilities

As an accomplished technical project manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the technical, operational, administrative and human resources management of all projects under your purview.
  • Delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Working with stakeholders, including staff from supporting groups, to define the project charter, project scope, communication and risk plans, business and functional requirements, deliverables and the work required to meet stated objectives.
  • Assisting in the requirements definition process and planned project lifecycle deployment, including creating MS Project work plans to continuously track and monitor project schedule, manage resources and costs impacts.
  • Supporting identification of control gaps and compensating controls improvements documentation.
  • Providing day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
  • Engaging directly with the customer as lead liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks and solve problems.
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all activities contributing to the profitability of program.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Information Science or a related field.
  • 7 years of project management experience implementing enterprise-scale IT solutions
  • Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Federal experience.
  • Experience implementing and managing case management or business process management solutions developed on popular platforms from companies such as Tyler Technologies (Entellitrak), Appian, Pegasystems and OpenText.
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Information Science or a related field.
  • PMP Certification
