In the role of grounds maintenance, your primary responsibilities include:
Maintain the community grounds with upkeep of landscaping and community exterior.
Assist maintenance team with care and upkeep of the community.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Opportunity to learn maintenance skills and eventually move into a maintenance position.
