Position Summary
The Project Manager leads the Project Management staff for his/her assigned construction project(s). This position is responsible for oversight of all project administrative functions which include contract administration, procurement, document management, financial and risk management, scheduling and quality control as necessary to support field operations from start-up to completion/closeout.
You will lead project administration, financial performance, and client relationships while developing and mentoring project team members. The Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to whom he/she is currently assigned and may have Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Engineer direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
The physical demands of this position must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for an extended period of time and frequently stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel: and reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move office equipment up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include viewing computer monitors. Some duties in this position are performed under periodically disagreeable working conditions of a jobsite including: working outside, at times in inclement weather; and exposure to water, dust, dirt, grease, paint fumes, chemicals, and equipment noise and vibration. Most work is performed in an office environment during normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of project management from startup through closeout
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
- Oversee contract administration, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners
- Ensure accurate and timely project documentation and reporting
- Partner with field leadership to support safe, high-quality project execution
- Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in project management, field supervision, or preconstruction within a commercial construction environment
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and estimating across multiple trades
- Proven ability to manage project financials, including forecasting and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction management software
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
