As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You'll work independently, follow established cleaning procedures, and support both Independent Living and Skilled Nursing areas.
✔️ What You Need- 1 year of housekeeping experience (senior living preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safe chemical use
- Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly and move light furniture
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and use tall ladders
- Commitment to confidentiality and resident privacy
- Clean resident homes and skilled care areas following departmental standards
- Support routines that respect resident preferences
- Assist with emergency procedures on skilled care floors
- Clean isolation and discharge rooms per regulations
- Maintain equipment and report repairs
- Attend required training (including Relias)
- Provide excellent internal customer service
- Report to work during emergency situations if needed
