Join Broadmead (the oldest continuing care retirement community in Maryland) and their brand new Center of Excellence in Health & Wellness! This state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center utilizes a holistic approach to wellness through a variety of offerings for the 500 residents of Broadmead, the 300 employees of Broadmead and older adult members from Baltimore County and other neighboring communities.

Job Duties
- Responsible for the washing, drying, folding and return of all linens according to Broadmead procedures.
- Records amount of linen washed daily and follows directions and schedules.
- Responsible for packaging clean linen for various departments.
- Processes and rejects linens according to procedures established by Broadmead.
- Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and repairs required to Laundry equipment.
- Cleans laundry equipment on a daily basis.
- Operates all laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follows all safety and sanitation regulations and practices.
- Ensures that linens meet the standards for quality and cleanliness for all areas of service.
- Wears protective personal equipment (PPE) when working with soiled linens.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Accountable for promoting internal customer service.
