Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Project Management and Business Intelligence, the Enterprise Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and low voltage systems. This role ensures the reliability and optimization of core technology platforms, including software and hardware infrastructure, and addresses troubleshooting needs in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. In addition this role provides support for resident-facing technology, assisting with internet, TV, software, and hardware issues, and works alongside the Technology Coordinator I to deliver excellent customer service to residents and staff regarding technology systems.

- Point of Sale System
- Current and Legacy Electronic Health Record Software
- Enterprise Accounting Software
- Licensed Care Dietary Software
- HRIS & Recruitment Software
- Work Order Software
- Electronic Health Record and Accounting Software
Compensation
- Salary Range: $75,000â??$85,000
