Role Description
This position supports and assists team members and clients by handling complex and routine client support functions. A Client Services Associate (CSA) will assist existing and new clients with support over the phone and in person. Additionally, a CSA assists with preparing and processing new account paperwork and following account workflow through the entire account opening and ongoing support procedures. CSA’s will have access to client account information, documents and will maintain electronic client files. CSA’s provide outstanding service, and are expected to convey a positive attitude with clients and their fellow team members.
Qualifications
- 2 years of wealth management or financial services industry experience.
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of finance principles and wealth management services to support client account support and discussions.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
