SAP S/4 PP/QM Lead Consultant

This is a contract role for a SAP S/4 PP/QM Lead Consultant, based on-site in Raritan, NJ. The consultant will be responsible for leading and managing SAP S/4 PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) implementation, configuration, and support. Key tasks include analyzing business processes, designing solutions within SAP S/4, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of SAP functionalities with business requirements. The role may also involve conducting workshops, preparing documentation, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, including system configuration and end-to-end implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and requirements gathering.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of integration points between PP/QM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Proven ability to lead workshops, document functional specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Prior experience in data migration, testing strategies, and user training related to SAP S/4 implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Relevant SAP certifications and project experience in similar industries are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
