Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Investor Relations & Capital Development professional. The selected candidate will oversee investor communications, manage relationships with current and prospective investors, and support the development of investment strategies. Responsibilities also include preparing investor materials, presenting financial reports, conducting market analysis, deepening relationships with existing investors, and engaging new capital partners.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Investor Relations, with experience fostering and maintaining investor relationships
- Proven expertise in Investments and Finance, with the ability to understand and communicate financial data effectively
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, performance metrics, and investment opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities, for clear and persuasive presentations
- Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with real estate credit investments is a plus
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity and collaborate across teams
- Relevant experience in investor relations within the real estate or financial services industry preferred
