Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration.
- IICRC WRT Certification, minimally, FSRT & AMRT preferred.
- The ability to be able to effectively lead a mitigation team.
- PSA and Encircle program experience preferred.
- Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
- Must participate in the On-Call rotation.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to be able to pass a background check.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
- Supervise and manage mitigation technician teams in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently, using the lead-by-example method when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects.
- Assist and train in the documentation of job progress clearly and accurately.
- Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams.
- Prepare Estimates and Invoices utilizing the Xactimate estimating platform.
