Responsibilities:
- Insurance background is helpful but employer is willing to train
- Meet with individuals 65 needing Medicare benefits
- Guide Medicare clients through the enrollment process
- Help answer calls and resolve concerns regarding Medicare benefits
- Navigate multiple systems for benefit enrollment and client management
Required skills:
- Upper level clerical and organization skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent phone and communication skills
Wage is competitive and will be negotiable depending on experience and expertise. Position includes benefits after 60 days.
