Currently, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented FTTH Supervisor to support our operations team at our Evansville, IN office.
Job Description:
- The FTTH Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day billing for customer jobs for fiber to the homes, coax knowledge is a plus. This candidate must have experience in As Builts, Telecommunication Bill Coding, & Red Lines. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including job coordination and tracking, document management, etc. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will be performed in an office setting, very little fieldwork required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with management to provide proper staffing and necessary tools for project
- Track labor and material cost throughout the project when required; invoice projects quickly to maximize cash flow
- Utilize Daily Job Journals, Inventory, Forms and Communications Records
- Approve and sign all material invoices and technician timesheets
- Work with management to generate and submit change order pricing for all items outside the approved original scope of work
- Provide required closeout documentation including ‘as-built’ drawings, cable certification reports and applicable warranties
- Develop new subcontractor relationships; strengthen existing relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years support in telecommunications field support or tech-related industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in Ociusx is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Background check, pre-employment drug screening and MVR will be run on Candidate.
