Broad Street Interiors is a full-service interior design studio and furniture boutique in the heart of Savannah. We work on a wide variety of residential design projects, helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces through thoughtful design and personalized service.
We're looking for a motivated, creative, and dependable Interior Design Intern to join our team for the Fall semester/quarter. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for students who are passionate about interior design and eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced studio environment.
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to assist with a variety of projects and day-to-day studio operations, which may include:
- Assisting our designers with client projects
- Organizing and maintaining the design library and showroom
- Pulling fabrics, finishes, and material samples
- Assisting with product sourcing and vendor research
- Helping prepare client presentations
- Supporting installations and project logistics when applicable
- Assisting with social media and marketing projects (as needed)
- Completing general administrative tasks that help keep the studio running smoothly

- Currently enrolled in an Interior Design or related program
- Passionate about interior design and eager to learn
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Willing to take initiative and ask questions
While this is an unpaid internship, you'll receive valuable hands-on experience by working alongside experienced interior designers on real client projects. You'll gain exposure to the design process from concept to installation, learn about vendor relationships and product sourcing, and develop practical skills that aren't always taught in the classroom.
