What You Will Do
- Serve as the dedicated first point of contact, providing a welcoming and seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Expertly manage communications, direct incoming calls, and answer parent inquiries with absolute professionalism.
- Coordinate complex scheduling blocks to manage time and provider flow effectively across a busy practice.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a high-touch customer service, luxury hospitality, or medical/dental front office role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished phone etiquette, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Familiarity with Open Dental software, Flex, or Mango Voice.
- Previous experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics.
