Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / PT/PTA/OT /COTA/SLP
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT/PTA/OT/COTA) to join our DUNN, NC Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Salaried Role Quarterly Bonus Potential
- Full-Time
- Prior Management experience preferred
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You"ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents" lives.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a (PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP)
- Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
