Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PT) or (PTA) preferred, but open to PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP to join our Midlothian VA Continuing Care Retirement Community.
- Salaried Role - Full-Time
- Prior Management experience preferred
As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Retirement (CCRC) community setting (SNF/AL/IL). You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents" lives.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a (PTA) (PT)
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
