Rehab Technician / Rehab Tech - Full Time - Raleigh NC
Broad River Rehab is looking for a Full Time Rehab Tech to work with our therapy team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Raleigh NC.
Fulltime (5 days per week) with Fulltime Benefits - Weekend Coverage Required - Alternate Schedule Available

Job Title: Rehabilitation Technician
Reports To: Rehab Director
Business Unit: Operations
Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Technician will assist in providing quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients, under the direction of licensed personnel. They will clean and maintain equipment, perform various clerical assignments as requested by the rehab director, and they will support the therapy department with transporting patients to and from the treatment areas. They may assist with treatment if allowed by the supervising therapist’s state practice acts and only under direct line of sight of the supervising therapist following appropriate training in treatment techniques.

Job Responsibilities
Under the direction of the licensed therapists, optimize abilities and skills of patients in facilities:
Transport and move patients as directed.
Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for treatments. Assist / facilitate telehealth visits.
Assist licensed personnel in patient care.
Maintain awareness of change in patient population, programs, and patient conditions and inform licensed personnel.
