Physical Therapist (PT) Full Time & Part time positions now open!

Full time would be a split between our 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Westlake, Ohio

Flexible schedule~ Monday-Friday ~ 35-40 hours a week~ Paid Drive time and Mileage when traveling between the 2 facilities

Part time would be open for just one of our SNF

Flexible schedule ~ 20-25 hours a week

PRN positions are also available

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

Requirements For Physical Therapist

• Ohio PT License
• Degree in Physical Therapy
