Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westerville, OH, for a Director of Rehabilitation. The Director will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across various therapy disciplines. Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy
- Proficiency in Rehabilitation practices and knowledge of related medical concepts
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and achieving exceptional rehabilitation outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration with patients, families, and team members
- Holds applicable licenses or certifications in relevant therapy disciplines (Occupational, Speech, or Physical Therapy)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
