We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking investment advisory and wealth management firm to hire a Chief AI & Innovation Officer to lead enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategy. This is a true greenfield opportunity to define the vision, build the platforms, and embed intelligence across the business.
You’ll work directly with the COO and executive leadership team to turn AI into measurable impact—driving operational efficiency, enhancing client experiences, and empowering financial advisors with smarter tools.
What You’ll Own
- Define and execute the firm’s enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategy
- Build and scale AI platforms, including agentic and automation-driven solutions
- Establish best-in-class data architecture, governance, and system integration
- Drive intelligent automation to eliminate manual processes and unlock efficiency
- Elevate client and advisor experiences through data-driven insights and tools
- Champion AI adoption across the organization and influence executive stakeholders
What You Bring
- Proven success leading AI, data, or analytics strategy at an enterprise level
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
- Track record of translating emerging technologies into real business value
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead change and influence decisions

Salary : $210,000 - $250,000
