BRNO Cabinetry is a growing wholesale kitchen and bath cabinetry company serving builders, contractors, remodelers, cabinet dealers, designers, and other construction professionals.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who wants to build long-term customer relationships, develop new business, and grow their income through uncapped commission.
This is not a typical retail sales position. Our team works primarily with professional customers in the construction and remodeling industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new business with builders, contractors, remodelers, cabinet dealers, and design professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and company-generated sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes and recommend cabinetry solutions based on customer needs.
- Follow up consistently on open quotes and sales opportunities.
- Convert opportunities into orders and actively close sales.
- Assist customers with cabinet styles, sizes, accessories, and product selections.
- Review cabinet layouts, measurements, sketches, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams from initial quote through order completion.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, and follow-up information.
- Identify additional sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and contribute to the continued growth of BRNO Cabinetry.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, building materials, construction, remodeling, flooring, countertops, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Previous kitchen cabinet sales experience is a major plus.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable developing new business as well as managing existing customers.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Ability to understand measurements, layouts, and construction-related information.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable working with quotes, pricing, and customer orders.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
- Experience with 2020 Design or other cabinet design software is a plus.
- SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
