You've got 5 years in the trenches of marketing — agency side preferred — and you're not just a coordinator, you're an executor. You can move between a client boardroom and a campaign build without missing a beat. You think strategically, communicate clearly, and never drop a ball, even when you're juggling five at once.
· Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that are built around real business goals — not just activity.
· Execute campaigns from start to finish: email sequences, digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and video production.
· Write strategic creative briefs that give internal teams clear direction and keep every project locked on target.
· Serve as the primary client contact — building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring every client knows they're in the right hands.
· Facilitate client meetings, own agendas, and make sure every deadline is hit without the drama.
· Collaborate with BRK's creative, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality work across branding, web, motion, and beyond.
· Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that clients can act on.
· Manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously — different scopes, converging timelines, zero excuses.
· Identify growth opportunities within accounts and build client relationships that outlast any single campaign.
· 5 years of hands-on marketing experience in an agency or comparable environment — not just managing, but doing.
· A bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven ability to independently execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels — digital, creative, and content.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing, creative production, and content strategy.
· Exceptional communication and client management skills — you're the person clients trust and internal teams respect.
· The ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns with sharp attention to detail and zero tolerance for missed deadlines.
· Fluency with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and campaign optimization — you can read the numbers and tell the story.
