We don't do average. And this isn't a project manager role with a fancy title. We're looking for someone who can actually make marketing happen — from strategy through execution — while keeping clients confident, campaigns on track, and results coming in.


BRK Marketing is a bold, results-driven agency building brands that can't be ignored. Our Account Executives don't just coordinate — they create, implement, and drive. You'll own client relationships end-to-end, lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch, and operate as a true strategic partner for the brands we build.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE ROLE

If your strength is scheduling meetings and delegating work, this isn't your seat. We need someone who can write a sharp creative brief, manage a digital approach, run a client strategy session, and still hit every deadline — without flinching. This role is for the rare person who can think and do.

WHO YOU ARE

You've got 5 years in the trenches of marketing — agency side preferred — and you're not just a coordinator, you're an executor. You can move between a client boardroom and a campaign build without missing a beat. You think strategically, communicate clearly, and never drop a ball, even when you're juggling five at once.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

·      Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that are built around real business goals — not just activity.

·      Execute campaigns from start to finish: email sequences, digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and video production.

·      Write strategic creative briefs that give internal teams clear direction and keep every project locked on target.

·      Serve as the primary client contact — building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring every client knows they're in the right hands.

·      Facilitate client meetings, own agendas, and make sure every deadline is hit without the drama.

·      Collaborate with BRK's creative, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality work across branding, web, motion, and beyond.

·      Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that clients can act on.

·      Manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously — different scopes, converging timelines, zero excuses.

·      Identify growth opportunities within accounts and build client relationships that outlast any single campaign.


WHAT YOU BRING

·      5 years of hands-on marketing experience in an agency or comparable environment — not just managing, but doing.

·      A bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·      Proven ability to independently execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels — digital, creative, and content.

·      Deep understanding of digital marketing, creative production, and content strategy.

·      Exceptional communication and client management skills — you're the person clients trust and internal teams respect.

·      The ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns with sharp attention to detail and zero tolerance for missed deadlines.

·      Fluency with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and campaign optimization — you can read the numbers and tell the story.

·      Thick skin, fast thinking, and a genuine drive to build something bold.
