Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about food and beverage, and committed to delivering a warm, attentive, and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle guest concerns with grace and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- 1–2 years of serving experience in a mid-fine or fine dining environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
