Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service.
- Uphold proper knife handling, cutting techniques, and fish preparation standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries as needed.
- Communicate effectively with managers and teammates to ensure quality and consistency.
- Take initiative to learn new techniques and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
- 1–2 years of experience in a md-fine or fine-dining environment preferred.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary training is a plus but is not required.
