Position Summary
We are looking for a warm, polished, and personable Greeter to be the face of our restaurant. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the guest experience by providing a welcoming and attentive introduction to our space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making people feel seen, valued, and excited to dine with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using our reservation system to ensure smooth seating flow.
- Communicate wait times clearly and courteously, offering thoughtful solutions when needed.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate table assignments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entrance area.
- Assist with coat check, special requests, and guest accommodations as needed.
- Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions, and offer a brief overview of the dining experience.
- Support the front-of-house team with light administrative or service tasks during slower periods.
- 1 years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a fine or mid-fine dining setting.
- A naturally friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is a plus, but not required.
- A polished appearance and commitment to hospitality standards.
