Job Description
5D Wellness is a clean, health-focused wellness store specializing in recreational THC products, CBD, and high-quality supplements made without fillers, artificial additives, or toxic ingredients.
We are looking for a responsible, mature, and knowledgeable Cannabis & Wellness Associate who understands BOTH:
1. THC/CBD Knowledge
Candidates must understand:
- the differences between THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, and other cannabinoids
- how dosage, delivery method (edibles, vapes, beverages, tinctures), and onset time vary
- how to guide customers in a safe and compliant way
- recreational use laws and responsible-use guidelines
- how to educate without encouraging misuse, overuse, or intoxication in-store
2. Clean Wellness Products Knowledge
Must be able to clearly explain differences between:
- Clean, whole-ingredient supplements vs conventional formulas loaded with synthetics, dyes, gums, toxic fillers, artificial sweeteners, seed oils, etc.
- Just Ingredients protein powders vs standard commercial powders
- Clean electrolytes (no dyes, no artificial coloring, no sucralose, no fillers) vs synthetic/artificial blends
- clean ingredient standards across:
- supplements
- protein powders
- wellness products
- functional tinctures
- topicals & botanicals

What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting recreational THC products responsibly and professionally
- Educate customers on THC, CBD, cannabinoids, and product effects
- Recommend supplements, proteins, electrolytes, and wellness items based on health goals
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and exceptionally clean
- Operate the register accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends in cannabis and clean-ingredient wellness
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of THC/CBD and wellness products
- Ability to explain ingredient quality & clean formulas
- Experience in retail, cannabis, wellness, or supplements (preferred)
- Mature, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working in a wellness-focused environment
- Someone who takes health seriously — not someone who just "likes to get high."
