Responsibilities
Handle and store all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines
Assist with food preparation as assigned by supervisor
Prepare food items according to standardized recipes insuring safe food handling practices
Assist with the set-up of the food tray line
Assemble diet trays and deliver tray carts to dining areas or to units
Clean dishes, utensils and equipment according to facility procedures

Assist in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED),
Prefer one year experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting.
