What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Team Member Programs Specialist position at Brittain Resorts & Hotels?
As a Team Member Programs Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the associate experience by coordinating and executing timely check-ins with team members. This position supports our people-first culture by helping property teams stay connected with their associates and promoting engagement through follow-up and care. Typical weekly hours for this role range from 16–32, based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Team Member Programs Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating with property teams to schedule and perform associate check-ins within required timeframe standards
Logging, tracking, and escalating suggestions and concerns shared during check-ins, following proper channels
Completing assigned recruiting, administrative, and human resources tasks as needed
Maintaining detailed records of all interactions and updates in designated systems
Building positive relationships with associates and department leaders through professional and supportive communication
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
Valid Driver's License
Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends
Prior experience in recruitment, administration, or human resources strongly preferred
Demonstrates strong technical proficiency and computer literacy, including Microsoft or Google Office and social media platforms
Self-motivated and able to take initiative without waiting for direction
Critical thinker with the ability to independently problem-solve
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette
Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
