A fellowship trained Hospice / Palliative Medicine Physician is sought to join an expanding palliative care program in Greenville, North Carolina. The position includes providing consults in inpatient and outpatient settings, participating in team meetings, and overseeing clinical responsibilities, while enjoying a 4-day work week with a competitive compensation package. Seeking a fellowship trained Palliative Care physician to join established Hospice and Palliative Care program. Applicants with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency training are preferred.
New graduates and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Established palliative care team inclusive of 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
- Provide consults in both inpatient and outpatient settings in person and via a telemedicine service
- 16-bed Palliative Care Unit
- Schedule includes a 4-day work week (8 am - 6 pm)
- Weekend call 1 : 4
- Administrative responsibilities will include participation in hospital committees, meetings, and projects that require palliative care expertise
- Interdisciplinary care team approach
- Ability to live only an hour away from the beautiful beaches of the North Carolina coast
