- Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
- Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program
- Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings (3pm-8pm), weekends (8am- 1pm), and
- Work in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high and be in the water for

Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Follow British Swim Schools curriculum to ensure safe and competent lessons.
- Establish and maintain relationships with students’ parents and/or guardians.
- Teach British Swim School lessons with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Teach and train new instructors on the British Swim School aquatics program.
- Maintain certifications throughout employment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to instruct swimming lessons within a structured program.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
- Comfortable in and around the water. Previous swimming experience.
- High end Retail, Hotel, Airline, or any Service industry background is strongly preferred
- Experience working with children, nice to have

Salary : $15 - $18
